in August, TUW brought news of Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, and the BBC "Holiday"
team filming in portmeirion (see news item below).
On Monday 16th October 2006, the fruits of their televisual labour were born when the episode featuring Portmeirion was screened on BBC1, with Bowen introducing viewers to the village.
