AL MANCINI R.I.P.
TUW is sad to report that Al Mancini, who appeared inthe episode "The General", has passed away after a battle with Alzheimer's Disease. He was 74.
Perhaps best known for his role in "The Dirty Dozen", Mancini was also familiar to British TV viewers due to his many appearances on "That Was The Week That Was" in the 1960s. He also appeared in the films "Falling Down" and "Miller's Crossing", among many others, and was also a highly respected drama teacher at the Beverly Hills Playhouse.
TUW extends its sincerest sympathies to Al's family and friends.
