NETWORK STOCK DESTROYED
Millions of people have been shocked by the recent rioting that hit Britain's cities, with one of the most startling images being the large SONY distribution centre in Enfield being totally destroyed by fire.
Of additional concern is that it has come to light that the centre is where Network DVD's stock is held.
Network of course have released both "The Prisoner" and "Danger Man" DVDs and CDs in their finest forms and hundreds of other Cult and vintage TV titles, and it is believed these are among the stock destroyed. It is unclear how long this will affect availability of titles, but Managing Director Tim Beddows stated; "On behalf of the whole team at Network I'd like to thank everybody who has contacted us following the fire at the Sony distribution warehouse on Monday evening with messages of goodwill and support. We are genuinely moved. Whilst the loss of stock (and mercifully only stock) is regrettable, I'm happy to reassure everyone that the interruption in supply will be short term....whatever was lost that night is completely replaceable as we have asset backup for all our projects".
Everyone involved with The Unmutual Website would like to wish Tim and everyone at Network all the support possible during this time.
