EDWARD THE THIRD

TUW's readers will doubtless remember Ed Fordham who sadly passed away in 2018 (details HERE), after editing two of his planned trilogy of essay collections devoted to 'The Prisoner'.

The first book, 'It Means What it Says' (left), is still available on Amazon, whilst his second book, 'One Likes to Know Everything' sadly was removed from sale due to legal reasons.

Ed was very keen for his third volume to be completed, but sadly it was not to be, so it is with pleasure that TUW can inform readers that Rick Davy, following discussions with those closest to Ed, will be completing the third book, 'Half a Dozen of the Other', on Ed's bahalf.

Ed's name will appear as editor, alongside Rick, who will be utilising the forewords from Volume 2, along with a new introduction and tribute to Ed, in the third and final volume. The book will be available via Amazon Publishing in both Kindle and Paperback versions. As with Ed's previous books, the book is not-for-profit and a donation will be made to both Mind (the mental health charity) and Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice following each sale.

Would YOU like to contribute your thoughts on The Prisoner, and 'what it all means' and what you take from the series, for the book? Or perhaps have some photographs you'd like to include? If so, get in touch HERE.
