ALL THE FUN OF THE FAIR
Some
of the most memorable sequences in The Prisoner episode "The Girl Who
Was Death" were the scenes involving the Funfair. In fact, 2 seperate
locations provided the setting for these sequences. Battersea Funfair, in
South London, and the Kursaal Amusement Park in Southend-on-Sea which were
both sadly demolished in the 1970s. Thanks to Nick Laister of Joyland Books,
