THIS CHARMING MAN

Fans of "The Prisoner" and "Danger Man" will fondly recognise the name of Robert Fairclough, following his hugely popular Official books and magazines regarding both series.

"This Charming Man" is Robert's new book, which is the first in-depth biography of actor Ian Carmichael. Whilst Ian did not have a connection with "The Prisoner", many "Prisoner" actors were interviewed for the new book, including Rachel Herbert and Fenella Fielding.

The book was launched (with Fenella in attendance along with Nicholas Parsons (who wrote the book's foreward), Caroline Monroe, George Innes, and others) at a well-attended event in London's Mayfair on September 15th 2011.
