SECRET AGENT MAG

In the week beginning 7th August 2005, "The Prisoner: The Official Fact Files" partwork ceases publication and from issue 18 becomes "The Danger Man Collection". Popco directors Robert Fairclough and Jaz Wiseman are consultant editors and feature writers on this exciting new project that includes detailed information on and analysis of every episode of Patrick McGoohan's spy series from "View from the Villa" to "Shinda Shima". Set to run for 32 issues and in excess of 700 pages, it promises to be the definitive reference work on this ITC classic. Many new primary source interviews have been conducted, including new material from Peter Graham Scott, Brian Clemens, Philip Broadley, Peter Yates, Norman Hudis, Burt Kwouk, Peter Price, Jane Merrow, Pat Silver and Jack Lowin.

Each issue, priced at £7.99, comes with a DVD: for the half hour series, 4 episodes are included on each disc before dropping to 2 episodes per DVD for the hour show. This is the first time the hour episodes have been available in a Region 2 format; a great opportunity for devotees of this classic series.

With thanks to Robert Fairclough for the review copies and cover image.
