ZOMBIE SEEING YOU

"The Prisoner" has inspired many books, films, and scenes over the years, and "Prisoner" references in such are almost countless. But none are perhaps as surprising as those found in new Zombie Horror comedy movie "Stag Night of the Dead" (available HERE by typing the title in the search box), which includes several homages to the series.

Producer and Director Napoleon Jones told TUW; "As a massive fan of The Prisoner I wrote the following familar characters in the script; a midget butler, a 7ft 1 villain called Mr Ree (from the boxing scene in "The Girl Who Was Death"), the psychopathic and schizoid soldier is Number 48 and of course we use Dry Bones in the Soundtrack."

Mr Jones went on to say; "Can you make clear it's not in any shape or form Prisoner-like and may actually offend in terms of bad language and nudity hence I pulled the tribute in the end credits to PMcG because he would not have approved" but if you like your adult-themed comedy then this is a great DVD for you and comes highly recommended by TUW. More information on the film can be found HERE.
